How do I register?
Choose a published internship, create and verify your account, complete the application steps, review your information, and finish secure payment.
When do I receive my certificate?
The certificate is generated after the backend successfully verifies your payment. Manual approval is not required for the normal flow.
How can a certificate be verified?
Enter its certificate ID on the public verification page or scan the QR code printed on the PDF.
Can I change certificate details?
Issued certificate snapshots cannot be changed from a student profile. Contact support; authorized corrections are versioned and audited.
What happens if payment fails?
No registration or certificate is generated. You can safely retry from your dashboard.
How is internship status determined?
The status is Upcoming before the start date, Ongoing during the selected period, and Completed after the end date.
Where can I download my certificate?
Open Certificates in your student dashboard after registration is confirmed.
How do I contact support?
Use the contact form and include your certificate or application ID where relevant.
