These Terms govern your use of SkillNest, powered by Donverse, including internship registration, payment, certificate issuance, and verification services. By creating an account or paying a program fee, you accept these Terms and the linked policies.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must provide complete and accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for reviewing the legal name, internship, and dates shown before payment because these details are used to generate your registration and certificate.
Internship service
SkillNest provides structured internship registration and related digital records. Program descriptions, learning outcomes, dates, duration, delivery mode, and fee are displayed before purchase. Participation does not guarantee employment, placement, salary, academic credit, accreditation, or recognition by any government or educational institution unless expressly documented.
Payments and confirmation
Program fees are displayed in Indian Rupees and processed through Razorpay. An order is not complete merely because checkout displays a response. Registration and certificate issuance occur only after SkillNest verifies the Razorpay signature and captured payment against the server-created order and amount.
Digital fulfilment
After successful payment verification, the registration is created and a unique, digitally verifiable certificate is generated immediately. The certificate may confirm registration before the internship concludes. The public verification status accurately distinguishes Upcoming, Ongoing, and Completed internships.
Corrections
Certificate-bound details cannot be edited directly after issuance. You may submit a correction request for administrative review. Approved corrections and reissues retain an audit trail and version history.
Refunds and cancellations
Because digital registration and certificate services are fulfilled immediately after verified payment, successful payments are generally non-refundable and cannot be cancelled after fulfilment. Limited exceptions and failed-payment handling are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Acceptable use
You must not submit false information, impersonate another person, manipulate payments, misuse certificates, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private records, or interfere with platform security. SkillNest may suspend accounts or revoke certificates where fraud, material misrepresentation, abuse, or legal necessity is established.
Service availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SkillNest is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, third-party payment-network interruptions, or career outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Contact SkillNest through the Contact page with your registered email, order or payment reference, and a clear description of the issue. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer rights and the jurisdiction of a competent Indian court.
