SkillNest provides digital internship registration, account access, certificate generation, download, and public verification services. No physical product is sold or shipped, so physical shipping charges and courier timelines do not apply.
Delivery timeline
After Razorpay payment is captured and securely verified by SkillNest, the internship registration and unique certificate are ordinarily generated immediately. They are delivered through the student dashboard and certificate download page. A public verification record is activated at the same time.
Access requirements
You must use the SkillNest account associated with the registration to access private dashboard records and certificate downloads. Keep your login credentials secure. The public verification page requires only the certificate number or QR verification URL.
Delivery issues
If payment is captured but the registration or certificate is not available, contact SkillNest through the Contact page with your registered email, Razorpay order ID, payment ID, amount, and payment date. Do not share OTPs, UPI PINs, passwords, CVV, or complete card details.
Incorrect information
Digital records are generated from the information you confirm before payment. Issued certificate details cannot be directly edited. Use the Request Correction feature for administrative review and, where approved, certificate reissue.
