No refund after successful payment and fulfilment
SkillNest provides a digital internship-registration service. Once payment is successfully verified, the registration is confirmed and a unique downloadable certificate and verification record are generated immediately. Accordingly, the program fee is non-refundable and the registration cannot be cancelled after this digital fulfilment has occurred.
Before payment
You may stop the application or close Razorpay Checkout before completing payment. No registration or certificate will be created for an unpaid or cancelled checkout. Please review your legal name, internship, dates, duration, and ₹499 fee carefully before paying.
Limited exceptions
We will review requests involving a proven duplicate charge, an amount captured despite a terminal technical failure where no registration or certificate was delivered, an unauthorized transaction reported through the appropriate payment channels, or a refund required by applicable law. A change of mind, incorrect details confirmed by the user, non-participation, schedule change, or failure to use the service does not ordinarily qualify for a refund.
Failed or pending payments
A failed or unverified payment does not create a paid registration. If your account is debited but the website does not confirm payment, do not pay again immediately. Allow the bank or payment network to update the transaction, then contact us with your registered email, Razorpay payment ID, order ID, amount, date, and screenshot excluding sensitive card or banking credentials.
Request window and review
Submit an eligible payment issue through the Contact page as soon as possible and preferably within 7 calendar days of the transaction. We may request information needed to match the payment and confirm whether digital fulfilment occurred. This review window does not limit any mandatory right available under applicable law.
Approved refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be initiated to the original payment method. SkillNest will communicate the initiation status; the time for funds to appear depends on Razorpay, the banking network, and the customer’s bank. Transaction charges or taxes will be handled as required by the payment provider and applicable law.
Chargebacks
Please contact SkillNest first so we can investigate promptly. Filing a false or abusive chargeback may result in account suspension and certificate review. Legitimate unauthorized transactions should also be reported to your bank or payment provider without delay.
